High peak pole tents use poles in the middle of the tent to make the peaks. They are very popular and have a spacious interior, but they require extra space for installation to accommodate the ropes and stakes. These tents MUST be staked. Sidewalls can be added.

Frame tents have no interior poles. They can be used on grass or blacktop. They can be placed against another tent or building because they don't require extra space for ropes and stakes. Water barrels can be used to secure the tent if staking is not an option. Sidewalls can be added.

Delivery date and time will vary depending on our schedule and workload. For, weekend events, we typically deliver Thursdays or Fridays, weather permitting. During our busy season, we deliver Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. You will receive an email the Monday prior to your event with your delivery date and time.

Pickup is not scheduled. For weekend events, we typically pick up Mondays or Tuesdays, weather permitting. Equipment should be ready for pickup the day after your event date.

Please call the office if you will not be home during your scheduled delivery. We ask that you mark the yard where you would like the four corners of the tent to be placed. In addition, the area where the tent is going must be completely clear and have no pet messes. The driveway or closest space to the delivery area must be clear of ALL vehicles for our trucks to have easy access. (This helps our crew stay on schedule and have easier access carrying heavy equipment.)

We recommend booking as soon as possible. Because of our low prices and excellent customer service, we do sell out fast. The only time orders are confirmed and equipment is reserved for you is after receiving a deposit.

Deposits are nonrefundable after they are submitted.

If you rented a tent, please leave table setup and stack chairs on tables with the seat facing up. Please do not close tables. If you did not rent a tent from us, tables and chairs should be folded and left as delivered. Please cover if potential rain is expected prior to pick up.
